I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, including Prashant in the restaurant, were incredibly attentive and provided excellent service. The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable twin beds that ensured a good night's sleep. The breakfast options were varied and delicious, with something for everyone. Additionally, the location of the hotel near the Forum mall and metro made it easy to explore the city.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

The hotel location is very convenient as it is close to two metro stations. The rooms are well maintained and clean. The staff is polite and courteous, which made my stay comfortable.
It was not up to the expected standard. the check-in experience was not great as the room given to me was not clean and had to be changed after repeated complaints.

Decided to spend a romantic weekend get-away at a hotel. We ended up at a hotel that had decent amenities. the bed was very comfortable and the view from the room was breathtaking. the hotel had a nice indoor pool and the sauna was a plus. Location is central, close to shops and bars, so we had a fun time.
The overall feeling we got after the weekend was not satisfactory. It became apparent that the hotel was understaffed, leading to poor service in almost all areas.
